Gene expression

使用平台 | Human HT12
HT12晶片提供47,231个探针(probe)来进行人体基因表现(Human gene expression)之侦测。此晶片一次可进行12个样品的实验，其探针之设计为根据Human RefSeq 38，Human RefSeq 38为NCBI(National Center for Biotechnology Information)之资料库，而NCBI所提供的资料库为全世界研究学者所认可，因此HT12晶片所设计的探针是广为被接受的。

    使用平台 | HumanMethylation 450K
    HumanMethylation450K晶片提供超过450,000个探针(probe)来进行DNA甲基化(human methylation)之侦测。此晶片一次可进行12个样品的实验，为目前进行表观遗传学(Epigenetics)研究最多人选用之平台，也是目前提供最多探针之晶片。

    使用平台 | Omni Array family: Omni 2.5 , Omni 5 and Omni Express
    Omni Array family: Omni 2.5 , Omni 5 and Omni Express
    Omni Array 系列 提供基因型探针，可侦测通用(commom)及较罕见(rare)的基因型。Omni 2.5和Omni 5晶片的差异主要在于探针(probe)的数量以及每片晶片所能进行的样品数目。Omni 2.5的探针数为250万，而Omni 5的探针数为500万。Omni 2.5每片晶片可进行的sample数量为8个，而Omni 5每片晶片可进行的sample数量为4个。

    HumanCore系列提供以较低的价格的提供数十万点基因型侦测，针对许多研究单位研究之SNP设计探针(probe)，而HumanCoreExome则是将目标探针设计于exome上，此两种晶片每次进行的样品数量为24个。
